China and Child Labor

As china is top manufacturer of electronic products and huge market occupant companies of electronics in world prefer manufacturing in China, only reason of this preference is low labour cost in china. A very shocking issue is still prevalent in china as child labor is found in factories. Child laboring is restricted in China but factories’ managements are victim of hiring child labor and are still at large.

It is open to all that unlikely other countries of Asia, China is not having vast and extensive child labor prevalence in all states/regions. Moreover, China has been strinving for expanding education all over the states by having primary objective of attaining minimum education level till specified age.

One of the reason of Child labor is likely other countries suffering poverty, parents force the children to go out for earning livelihood up to any extent and mostly children leave their native lands to cities for the same. Lack of amusement, insufficient healthy food availability, less sleep time, sexual harassment and no education are key parameters of high death and diseases rate of child labor.

Samsung Convicted of Child Labor

A lot of NGOs are working to eradicate and helping parents of child labor to get better education for their children and financial aids regularly. Moreover, state owned agencies are also in look of factories and enterprises involved in use of child labor in China, China Labor Watch has nabbed Samsung for deploying child labors in electronic manufacturing concerns, convicting less daily wages, over time without salary, unhealthy working environment and violating labor laws.
